The Honorable Rebecca C. Hand serves as Municipal Judge for Fountain Inn Municipal Court.
The Honorable Christy C. Jamerson, is the Clerk of Court whose duties it is to carry on the daily operations of the municipal court.
The Honorable Anthony Duarte and The Honorable William Hawkins serve as Municipal Judges for nights and weekends at Fountain Inn Municipal Court.
The City Prosecutor for the Fountain Inn Municipal Court is Michael E Kozlarek.
Fountain Inn Municipal Court is one of limited jurisdiction in South Carolina. The Fountain Inn Municipal Court schedules and adjudicates criminal, traffic, and city ordinances in the city limits of Fountain Inn. Greenville and Laurens Counties are covered in City Limits.

Monday-Saturday 9am and 9pm

Payment may be made in the form of cash, money order/cashier's check, and credit/debit card. No personal checks will be accepted.
Payment by Money Order/Cashier's Check
Make your money order/cashier's check to the Fountain Inn Municipal Court, in the full fine amount due, and include the ticket number. Please provide your current address for the mailing of your receipt.
Payment by Credit/Debit Card
You may pay by credit and debit card online or in person. If paying in person, you will need to provide a picture I.D. The name on the I.D. must be identical to the name on the card being used.
