The Juneteenth Soul Food Festival will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The application period will close on Monday, May 11, 2026, and all vendors will be notified of their status by Thursday, May 14, 2026, via email from the Community Relations team.
Please remember: Official vendor opportunities will NEVER come from personal accounts. The City of Fountain Inn and Main Street Fountain Inn will only contact vendors through verified City email addresses, ending in @fountaininn.org, or by phone. Do not send money or share personal information with individuals claiming to represent our events through comments or direct messages. If you are ever unsure, please contact the Community Relations team directly.
Approved vendors will be required to obtain all necessary permits and/or licenses by the close of business on May 28, 2026.
If an item is not listed on your application and is brought to the festival, you may be asked to remove the item or could be subject to removal from the event.
Please note that a 10' x 10' tent is required to participate as a vendor (unless you have a food truck). All tents must be properly secured with weights. The Fire Marshal will be on-site conducting inspections to ensure compliance.
Please upload at least five (5) high-quality images of your setup and the products you plan to bring to the festival. Applications that do not include a setup image may not be considered. By submitting these images, you grant the City of Fountain Inn permission to use them for Juneteenth marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited social media.
