With a career spanning almost 20 years, Tuttle has served as a dedicated crew leader with Greenville Water, where he honed his skills in overseeing projects, managing teams, and ensuring the efficient functioning of critical infrastructure systems. His tenure at Greenville Water has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in public works management, making him an ideal candidate for this crucial role in Fountain Inn.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tuttle is a proud veteran of the United States Army, where he exemplified discipline, leadership, and dedication to service. His military experience instilled in him a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence, qualities that will undoubtedly benefit the City of Fountain Inn and its residents.
