Award Is Presented to Public Safety Agencies Nationwide for Exceptional Demonstration of Leadership
FOUNTAIN INN, SC (February 20, 2025)- The FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA) announced that the Fountain Inn Police Department was awarded the FBI-LEEDA Agency Trilogy Award and is now the second police department in South Carolina to receive it. The award recognizes the department’s completion of a cutting-edge training program designed to strengthen public safety leadership and management globally.
The Fountain Inn Police Department’s entire command staff successfully completed a comprehensive three-part leadership series, which covers critical topics like diversity, equity, and inclusion, implicit bias, public trust, and emotional intelligence. The Agency Trilogy Award recognizes such commitment to excellence, celebrating public safety agencies that elevate their organizations and positively impact their communities.

Each FBI-LEEDA course is uniquely designed to enhance public safety professionals of all levels with leadership competencies. The courses are instructed by seasoned public safety leaders from across the country who tailor their strong expertise to each training course.
